In an effort to promote accessible and quality education, the Cebu Technological University has been at the forefront of supporting students who are in need of scholarship or financial assistance. As such, the CHED Scholarship Programs, Tulong Dunong Program - Tertiary Education Subsidy, and Cebu City Scholarship have been instrumental in providing the financial assistance to thousands of Cebu Tech students.. At the Cebu Technological University (CTU) Main campus, approximately 3,000 scholars have submitted their documents to the scholarship office between June 2023 and July 2023. These documents are needed in order to process their stipends.

The Department of Science and Technology Regional Office 7 hosted a forum to the incoming third year regular students enrolled at CTU to discuss the essential matters focused on the online application process as regards to the DOST Junior Level Scholarship System. This event held last July 11, 2023, at Conference Hall, CebuTech Hotel.
